Sunday 4PM EST The Chrysalis 42: WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
Hey Hartlist,
I got my hair cut today. It was very exciting and I hope I survive.
... I just wanted to see how it would feel to write down a sentence that I would not have understood a year ago. It feels good to have some literal weight taken off my shoulders. And I could say that's the reason for this week's theme, but it's also because This Sunday, 4PMEST *on facebook*, my special guest is Rannygazoo singing a 1926 ditty called "Six Feet of Papa", and, well, tune in, it's going to be fun.
If you missed last week's DRINKS set have at it here.
A quick update on the status of the Manhattan School of Music production of my & Jacinth Greywoode's musical IRON JOHN: an american ghost story, it seems we were under the mistaken impression that they would somehow be done by February 19, when they were just getting started!! We will get to enjoy the exciting film version (external shots! fancy audio recording! Not (entirely) Zoom!) in May.
See you on Sunday. 4PM EST on Facebook for songs of how many, how much, more, less, and so on.
See you there - !
